Harbour Place
If you’re looking for a little more relaxed living on Tellico Lake maybe the Maryville (east) side of the lake would be more to your liking. Harbour Place is only 20 minutes from Maryville but still less than an hour from Knoxville, in case your “urban” urge gets too great.
Harbour Place is a small community with 129 homes and/or lots. City water and sewer plus underground utilities help ensure hassle free living. Waterfront lots at Harbour Place have TVA Boat Dock authorization and the community offers beautiful views of Tellico Lake.
Maryville is a close-knit small community with a population of only 23,000. But it is home to Maryville College, a small, private liberal arts college. Many of the buildings on the downtown campus are on the Register of Historic Places.
While Harbour Place may not offer a list of amenities, other than beauty, tranquility and a sense of place – you are only a short drive from outdoor recreation, shopping, dining, medical facilities, marinas and golf.
